What we keep about you
Nothing, unless you ask us to. We count visits without identifying anyone and without keeping a word of what you write. If you ask us to remember you, we keep 6 things and not one more — how you sleep, the height and firmness you prefer, the size of your bed, your language, and whether it's for home or for a hotel — because there is no field where another one would fit. Never your name, nothing about your health, and no details about other people.
How long they last
A memory deletes itself after 90 days without use. It isn't marked as deleted: it is deleted, by a job that runs on its own every night.
Your rights
To know, update, correct and delete what we keep. All four are exercised from the conversation with Awa AI, with a button that doesn't go through the model: "What I know about you" shows it to you, and "Forget everything" deletes it on the spot and gives you a receipt. You don't have to ask us, or wait for us to reply.
Warranty
Each product states its warranty years on its product page, and they are the ones in the record: 5, 10. That warranty is in addition to the statutory warranty the law always gives you.
What we cannot write yet
It is not drafted because nobody has taken the decision, and we would rather say so than invent one.
