FLUX - SMART DRYERS

🌀 Advanced Radio Frequency (RF) Drying Solutions

Unmatched Precision for Natural and Synthetic Fibers

Almost all types of fibers—natural, man-made, and artificial—whether in loose, combed, or spun form, can be thoroughly dried to the desired residual moisture level with exceptional efficiency and superior outcomes.

The RF Advantage: These exceptional results cannot be attained through any conventional hot air drying system.

Technical Versatility & Fibers

Our technology handles any gauge or configuration, including:

  • Natural & Synthetic: Pure or blended fibers.
  • Forms: Loose fiber, combed/spun forms, or continuous filaments.
  • Processes: Subsequent to carbonization, bleaching, or dyeing.

Key Benefits & Performance

The Radio Frequency (RF) drying method, combined with batch or continuous centrifugal hydro extraction, offers:

  • Product Integrity: Significantly reduced product losses.
  • Uniformity: Consistent drying across the entire load.
  • Enhanced Properties: Improved physical-mechanical fiber properties.
  • Downstream Efficiency: Smoother processes for carding, combing, and spinning.
  • High Yield: Results in a higher yarn metric yield of up to 2%.

Specialized Applications by Format

1. Tow & Top Slivers

  • Configuration: Pressed cakes, bobbins, or bumps.
  • Method: Dried while neatly folded on the "RF" series conveyor belt.
  • Outcome: Ensures perfect distribution of residual moisture and eliminates lamination effects commonly seen in drum dryers.

2. Hanks (Madejas)

  • The Problem: Traditional hot air dryers often cause yarn entanglement due to strong air currents.
  • The Solution: RF drying provides a flawless finish without movement or air exposure.
  • Benefit: Greatly enhances the efficiency of the subsequent winding process.

3. Yarn Packages & Tops (Bumps/Bobbins)

  • Handling: Tops can be processed using mobile stainless steel basket-type carriers or centrifugable spindles.
  • Pre-treatment: Following dyeing, packages can undergo centrifugal hydro extraction or pre-drying in a pressurized (rapid) dryer.
  • Automation: Full sequence (dyeing, extraction, and drying) is compatible with automated handling systems.
  • “Efficiency in every fiber, quality in every passage.”*

Our main finishing “Full Electrics” radiofrequency applications are the following:

Main Tech

Drying of Fabrics

  • FibersCotton, Wool, Acrylic, Viscose, Linen, Silk, PES, Nylon.
  • ProductsFabrics (woven and no woven), Hosiery, Carpet, Moquette.
  • Fabric pre-drying before stenter finishingAvoids a double passage into the stenter for both drying and finishing. Saves energy (about 50% less than conventional technology) and time (one passage instead of two).
  • Fabric free-drying after continuous washing lineProvides dried fabrics with controlled residual moisture levels, ensuring higher quality standards and time saving for subsequent steps.
  • Stand alone configurationEquipped with unwinding inlet and winding/folding outlet.

Drying of Yarns

  • FibersCotton, Wool, Acrylic, Viscose, Linen, Silk, PES, Nylon.
  • ProductsBobbins, Bumps, Loose Fiber.
  • Bobbin & BumpsAssures the desired residual moisture level with exceptional efficiency and superior outcomes unattainable through conventional hot air drying.
  • Loose FiberRF drying after carbonization, bleaching, or dyeing offers reduced product losses, consistent drying uniformity, and enhances physical-mechanical properties, resulting in a higher yarn metric yield of up to 2%.

The FLUX Advantage

Low consumption & 100% Fully electric

The overall efficiency of the process is unmatched. With an evaporation rate of 1.5Lt/hour of water for every Kw of RF power, FLUX technology is the most efficient and money-saving method.

No changes in colors & low thermal stress

The water extraction process involves insignificant thermal transfer to the product. Energy transfer is provided with surgical precision to the water molecules only.

No emissions or polluting products

The technology is Carbon Free. It does not require any filtering systems, environmental control, nor the use of disposable sources of power.

High thermal efficiency

The drying of textile products is processed instantly with RF, with negligible thermal losses and without any preparation or pre-heating time.
